
What a great day, right? Your company gets kudos for their community-building, their eco-friendly policies, their excellent customer service. So, how do you use that feedback?
1. Reward your employees and let Twitter know about it. Twitter loves to hear about this stuff. It has its own viral ability, trust me.
2. Thank your Twitter followers and invite them to receive a special promo. Those folks who gave you the kudos took time to do it. Why not send them a promo, invite them to a marketing research panel, say thank you.
3. Play it up. Send out a press release at how your company is fulfilling its promises. Good feedback on Twitter deserves attention. We all hear about the bad stuff that gets out on Twitter, so let’s hear about the good stuff, too.
Nothing like a good day on Twitter. If people are talking about how good your company is, how amazing your products and services, then by all means enjoy it. But don’t rest on your laurels. It’s up to you to keep it that way.
